From the moment your freight hits our dock, we receive, count, and shelve it within two business days, so you're never selling stock the system doesn't know you have.
Already manufacturing with VitaPros? Your inventory transfers to us the moment it clears QA, cutting receiving from two days to a few hours.
2Custody
Full chain of custody. Nothing walks.
Your product is counted at receiving, cycle-counted on a schedule, and tracked unit-by-unit, with documented chain of custody for hemp and other regulated SKUs. If it's in our building, it's accounted for; never quietly written off as a "shrink allowance."
3Accuracy
The right order, or we reship it, free.
We pick and pack to get it right the first time. If a mispick ever slips through, we ship the correct order to your customer on us, no questions, no return hassle, no restocking fee.
4Speed
Out the door on time, same day before 2pm CT.
